What to expect

Losing a loved individual, person or animal, is devastating and each experience of loss is deeply personal. 

There are no set rules as to how long it takes to come to terms with the loss or how deeply each individual can or will experience the loss.

In this 8 week course, Spirit Guides provide some insights into finding a path to healing by learning more about why and how this pain of loss is experienced and using guided meditation exercises will help to process that knowledge provided and gently lead you back to a point where you feel whole again.

Each week you will have access to:

  • a video talk by Spirit Guides
  • a guided meditation led by Spirit Guides
  • a weekly exercise of writing something down



PLEASE NOTE:

It is recommended that you set aside time every day during this course to listen again to the Talk and do the Meditation.

For the purpose of this course it is important that you focus only on ONE individual who you have lost throughout the entire 8 week course (while you may have more than one loss that you are dealing with, it is best to deal with only ONE during the entire course.


This may be a journey you need to repeat, but never forget that each time it is done, you begin from a point of greater light and understanding and the wound you felt so deeply becomes a more gentle pain.
